Friday of week 6, VisBlue delivered a battery installation to a very excited Eurowind Energy.

The installation consists of two separate battery solutions of 5 kW 50 kWh. The battery solutions will operate alongside Eurowind Energy’s own wind turbine and solar cells. Here, the batteries will store the energy generated from both the wind turbine and solar cells, where these two renewable sources of energy will complement each other perfectly.

This link between solar and wind power makes sense, as it cannot be guaranteed that the wind blows and the sun shines simultaneously.

The VisBlue battery installation comes into its own in the scenic surroundings of Hobro, Denmark, where Eurowind Energy is located.
